Lunwu’s round face, large head and fluffy coat are some of his most noticeable features, and the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding Foundation has even nicknamed him “Little Aobai.” Public observations from the foundation describe him as sturdy and strong-limbed. He eats bamboo shoots at an unhurried pace and, when resting, likes spending time on open grassy areas.
