Yayun has long been known for her calm temperament. During her early years in Changsha with Erxi, keepers noted how composed she was; after becoming a mother, she was especially cautious with her cubs and would often bring them back down when they climbed too high. In 2018, she gave birth to mixed-sex twins Yunwen and Yunwu.
