Wei Wei and Ting Ting are the mixed-sex twins born to Hua Mei and Ling Ling in 2005. After the Wenchuan earthquake, Wei Wei was relocated to Wuhan Zoo for foster care. He lived in Wuhan for about 10 years before returning to the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda in 2018.
