初心
Chuxin was born on July 30, 2016, at Hetaoping Base of the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda. In 2018, she and Muyun moved to Changchun as part of efforts to build experience caring for subadult giant pandas at high latitudes. Staff have long described her as affectionate and fond of climbing trees, rolling around, and playing.

Muyun moved to Changchun with Chuxin in 2018. From the time she arrived, the park recorded some of her most recognizable habits: she loved climbing trees, rolling around and playing, and she had a strong appetite. Years later, she remains every bit as active.
